Appointments & Payments
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through other approved contact methods. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their service needs. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. Additional work requested during a visit may result in updated pricing
Warranties & Liability
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and aim to deliver reliable plumbing solutions. Any workmanship warranty applies only to services performed by Pipeline and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or issues caused by existing plumbing conditions beyond our control.
